Every bouquet is cut to order, conditioned overnight and hand-tied the morning it ships. Nothing sits in a warehouse. With the flower food and care guide we include, most arrangements stay beautiful for seven to ten days.

Orders placed before 1pm ET are dispatched the same working day. You choose a delivery date at checkout, and we send tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way. Free delivery applies to orders over $75.

At checkout we show your order total in US dollars and the exact amount to send in Bitcoin at the current exchange rate, along with our wallet address and a scannable QR code. Once your payment receives a network confirmation, we email your receipt and begin preparing your order. Bitcoin payments are final, so please double-check the amount and address.

Absolutely. Many of our customers prefer to call, and we are glad to take your order, note a gift message and arrange delivery by phone, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm ET.

Yes - every order includes a free handwritten gift card. Just add your message in the box at checkout and we will write it out by hand.

If your flowers arrive damaged or are not what you expected, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
