These Terms and Conditions govern your use of flowersflows.com and any orders you place with Flowers Flows LLC, operated by Dollar Media Technology Limited. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the products in your basket. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order and your Bitcoin payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or payment is not received.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept payment in Bitcoin (BTC); the BTC amount is calculated at the live exchange rate at the time of checkout. Once a Bitcoin transaction is broadcast it cannot be reversed, so please verify the amount and address before sending.

Substitutions

Flowers are natural, seasonal products. Occasionally a specific flower or colour may be unavailable, in which case we may substitute an item of equal or greater value in a similar style. We will contact you where a significant substitution is required.

Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including incorrect delivery details provided by you. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos and design - is owned by or licensed to Flowers Flows LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
