Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how and when we deliver your flowers.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 1pm ET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at weekends and on holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery areas and charges

We currently deliver across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. A flat delivery fee is shown at checkout, and delivery is free on orders over $75.

Choosing a delivery date

You select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We will do everything we can to meet it, but delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed for events outside our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we email you tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Recipient availability

Please make sure someone can receive the flowers, or provide a safe-place instruction. We cannot be responsible for flowers left as instructed or for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
